FIRST IMPRESSIONS TEAM
A member of the first impressions team welcomes everyone who shows up to worship with us on Sunday mornings. A smile and a joyful greeting are ways this team gets Sunday morning started right. This team is also responsible for helping anyone needing assistance in direction and/or physical entry of the building.
FOOD DISTRIBUTION TEAM
A member of the food distribution team is responsible for assisting the ministry leader with the smooth running of the drive-thru food distribution from 8-11am on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. Responsibilities can include packing boxes, lifting boxes, bagging food, directing traffic flow, and greeting community members with a smile.
VIDEO MINISTRY TEAM
A member of the video ministry team is responsible for collecting high quality content of Sunday and Wednesday services for online engagement and encouragement of those who were unable to make service. They also are involved with recording baptisms, testimonies, and other events put on by the church to share with the world what the Lord is doing in Lake Placid.
PRODUCTION TEAM
A member of the production team is responsible for minimizing distractions and ensuring the smooth running of our Sunday and Wednesday services both in person and online. Opportunities to serve in this team include working with slides or live stream.
WEDNESDAY DINNER TEAM
A member of the Wednesday community dinner team is responsible for helping the team serve the meals and wrap up. These meals are for families, individuals, and the community. Time involvement is Wednesday 4:00PM - 6:00PM.
PANCAKE BREAKFAST TEAM
A member of the pancake breakfast team works with an awesome team from 7:00AM - 10:45AM to prepare a full pancake breakfast the first Sunday of each month. All the money donated for breakfast on those Sundays goes to support our missions both locally and abroad.
CELEBRATIONS TEAM
A member of the celebrations team would be involved in preparing and serving food for celebrations that include church family meals, wedding showers, holidays, celebrations of life, and more.
NURSERY TEAM
A member of the nursery team is responsible for providing safety and a vibrant experience of worship that is age appropriate for those in the nursery. Nursery team members report to our nursery coordinator.
MAXKIDZ TEAM
A member of our kids (K-5) ministry team helps keep ministry rolling by supporting our MaxKidz leaders with various responsibilities from helping kids onto playground, engaging with kids in small group discussion, to being crowd control during games.
THRIVE YOUTH TEAM
A member of the Thrive Youth team supports the Thrive Youth leaders with the goal of creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our 6th-12th grade students. Activities include helping direct games, encouraging kids in worship and small group discussion, and engaging with the kids.
